Say what changed. Review it. Apply it.
Describe the change in plain language. Trajectory proposes a new schedule, shows exactly which blocks move, and only applies it when you approve. Changed your mind? Undo it.

Upload your syllabus once: Trajectory plans your entire semester and rewrites it whenever something changes.
Upload your syllabus once. Trajectory plans your entire semester, then rewrites the schedule whenever something changes. Not a big deal anymore.
Trajectory reads your syllabus, puts every class, deadline and exam on your calendar, then schedules the study time to hit them. And the calendar isn't frozen: when something changes, it rewrites the plan around it.
Grading: homework 20%, midterm 30%, final 40%, participation 10%.
Lectures meet Monday and Wednesday, 1:00 to 2:15 PM.
Problem Set 4 is due Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
Midterm exam: Thursday, 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Room 204.
Practice exams are posted before each midterm.
Late work loses 10% per day. Office hours by appointment.
Your professor just moved the midterm. On a normal planner, that's an evening of rebuilding your week. Here, you tell Trajectory what changed.

Most planners are fine on day one. Trajectory is built for the middle of the semester, when a deadline slips, a shift appears and the week stops matching the plan.

Trajectory checks whether today's plan can realistically get done, and offers to move what won't fit.
Set your sleep window once. Study sessions never land inside it, even when the plan is rewritten.
Turn on “Plan around my iPhone calendars” and the calendars you choose (iCloud, or a Google or Outlook account added to your iPhone) block study time automatically. Your events stay on your phone. Your study plan can be copied into Apple Calendar.

Tell Trajectory what changed with Ask AI (part of Pro). It proposes a rewritten schedule, shows exactly which blocks move, and applies it only when you approve. When you edit a deadline yourself, the plan updates on its own and tells you what moved. Either way, you can undo it.
No. Trajectory plans around dates your syllabus actually states, and it tells you when it can't do something, like fitting work in before a deadline that's too close, instead of failing quietly.
On your iPhone and in your Trajectory account. Your plan is saved to your account as you go, so it's still there on a new iPhone or after a reinstall. Events from your iPhone's calendars never leave your phone. AI features are optional, ask for consent before your first request, and only send what that request needs. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
No. You sign in with Apple, and that's the only account Trajectory needs. If you add your Google (or Outlook) account to the iPhone's Calendar app, Trajectory can read those calendars on your phone, never changing them, so study time never lands on top of your events. They never leave your phone. Your plan can also be copied into Apple Calendar.
Add every syllabus you have. The free plan covers one syllabus; Pro removes the limit so your whole course load lives in one plan.
